{"id":31741,"date":"2025-12-13T13:00:26","date_gmt":"2025-12-13T18:00:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/whatsappmexico.com\/?p=31741"},"modified":"2025-12-13T17:56:56","modified_gmt":"2025-12-13T17:56:56","slug":"confirman-primer-caso-de-influenza-a-h3n2-subclado-k-en-mexico","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/whatsappmexico.com\/?p=31741","title":{"rendered":"Confirman primer caso de influenza A H3N2 subclado K en M\u00e9xico"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\ud83d\udd38 La Secretar\u00eda de Salud federal confirm\u00f3 el primer caso de influenza A H3N2 subclado K, enfermedad conocida como \u201csuper gripe\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>#NACIONAL | El Gobierno de M\u00e9xico confirm\u00f3 el primer caso de influenza A H3N2 subclado K en el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>La Secretar\u00eda de Salud federal inform\u00f3 que el paciente recibi\u00f3 tratamiento ambulatorio con medicaci\u00f3n antiviral y ya est\u00e1 recuperado.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La denominada super gripe es en realidad una variante de la influenza A H3N2, propiciada por el subclado K.<\/p>\n<p>La mutaci\u00f3n se detect\u00f3 originalmente en Reino Unido, desde donde se expandi\u00f3 por Europa.<\/p>\n<p>La Secretar\u00eda de Salud federal detalla que la A H3N2 subclado K presenta caracter\u00edsticas similares a las de la influenza estacional que circula cada a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>Su manejo cl\u00ednico es el mismo y la principal medida de prevenci\u00f3n es la vacunaci\u00f3n. Por ello, no representa un motivo de alarma para la poblaci\u00f3n.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Autoridades sanitarias exhortan a vacunarse para prevenir la influenza, incluyendo la mutaci\u00f3n de \u2018super gripe\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>Actualmente se aplican en M\u00e9xico vacunas contra influenza, COVID-19 y neumococo.<\/p>\n<p>Estas vacunas son efectivas para reducir riesgos, prevenir complicaciones e internamientos y proteger la salud, especialmente de ni\u00f1as y ni\u00f1os, personas adultas mayores, mujeres embarazadas, personal de salud y personas con comorbilidades\u201d, sostiene la Secretar\u00eda de Salud.<\/p>\n<p>En caso de enfermarse de influenza, se recomienda acudir a un m\u00e9dico, y cuando sea necesario, recibir tratamiento antiviral
