{"id":9535,"date":"2022-09-30T01:02:10","date_gmt":"2022-09-30T01:02:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/whatsappmexico.com\/?p=9535"},"modified":"2022-09-30T01:02:10","modified_gmt":"2022-09-30T01:02:10","slug":"dia-mundial-del-corazon-habitos-para-cuidar-la-salud-cardiaca","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/whatsappmexico.com\/?p=9535","title":{"rendered":"D\u00eda Mundial del Coraz\u00f3n: h\u00e1bitos para cuidar la salud card\u00edaca"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4>Este 29 de septiembre se conmemora el D\u00eda Mundial del Coraz\u00f3n.<\/h4>\n<p>D\u00eda Mundial del Coraz\u00f3n: El Ministerio de Salud de San Luis impulsa diferentes actividades para promover el cuidado y alertar sobre las enfermedades cardiovasculares.<\/p>\n<p>El infarto agudo de miocardio y el accidente cerebrovascular son las principales causas de muerte, enfermedad e invalidez en el mundo.<\/p>\n<p>Los avances de la ciencia en estos \u00faltimos a\u00f1os en diagnosticar y tratar la enfermedad cardiovascular fueron notorios.p<\/p>\n<p>Pero la prevenci\u00f3n cardiovascular, el control de los factores de riesgo.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed como de la adquisici\u00f3n de conductas cardiosaludables y la consulta al m\u00e9dico de cabecera siguen siendo objetivos a alcanzar.<\/p>\n<p>Las enfermedades cardiovasculares no son transmisibles y se asocian a nuestras conductas y h\u00e1bitos.<\/p>\n<p>Este es un d\u00eda perfecto para dejar de fumar, comer sano y empezar a hacer actividad f\u00edsica.<\/p>\n<p>Es por ello que resulta clave promocionar las conductas cardiosaludables.<\/p>\n<h4>Ademas de no cesar en la advertencia sobre los da\u00f1os de h\u00e1bitos nocivos como el tabaco, comidas chatarra, la ingesta de sal y el sedentarismo.<\/h4>\n<p>En tal sentido, en San Luis capital, en el Hospital Cerro de la Cruz y en Villa Mercedes en el CAPS Tallaferro.<\/p>\n<p>Al igual que\u00a0en la Plaza San Mart\u00edn se llevaron adelante charlas informativas, consejer\u00edas de factores de riesgo: alimentaci\u00f3n, tabaco.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed como de actividad f\u00edsica, estimaci\u00f3n del riesgo cardiovascular global sin colesterol a la poblaci\u00f3n, control de presi\u00f3n arterial y controles nutricionales.<\/p>\n<p>Mientras que las actividades continuar\u00e1n este viernes en San Luis, en el Paseo del Padre.<\/p>\n<p>Ademas\u00a0con un stand para donaci\u00f3n de sangre y toma de presi\u00f3n arterial.<\/p>\n<p>En esta edici\u00f3n 2022, la Federaci\u00f3n Mundial del Coraz\u00f3n (FMC), nos invita a \u201cUSAR el Coraz\u00f3n\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Entre los m\u00e1s importantes, los especialistas se\u00f1alan:<\/p>\n<p>Llevar una dieta sana y equilibrada: aconsejan consumir alimentos saludables como verduras y cereales.<\/p>\n<p>Propone evitar la sal y los alimentos picantes que contribuyen a elevar la presi\u00f3n arterial.<\/p>\n<p>Ademas que\u00a0destaca la importancia de beber de 2 a 3 litros de agua cada d\u00eda.<\/p>\n<h4>Hacer ejercicio regularmente:<\/h4>\n<p>Seg\u00fan la OMS, las personas que no hacen actividad f\u00edsica suficiente:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTienen entre un 20% y un 30% m\u00e1s de probabilidades de morir prematuramente que aquellas que s\u00ed lo hacen\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>No se recomienda una pr\u00e1ctica espec\u00edfica, sino que sugiere elegir una actividad placentera para cada paciente.<\/p>\n<p>No fumar: seg\u00fan la OMS, se estima que la exposici\u00f3n a productos derivados del tabaco.<\/p>\n<p>El cual\u00a0es responsable del 10% de todas las muertes ocasionadas por ECV.<\/p>\n<p>Al dejar de fumar, el riesgo de enfermedad coronaria se reduce a la mitad dentro de 1 a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, recomienda evitar la exposici\u00f3n al humo del cigarrillo.<\/p>\n<p>Evitar el alcohol: no existe un nivel seguro para beber alcohol.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed como de los efectos perjudiciales que produce superan ampliamente cualquier posible beneficio protector.<\/p>\n<p>Si bien beber menos puede reducir el riesgo de ECV, la evidencia muestra que la situaci\u00f3n ideal para la salud es no beber nada.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Este 29 de septiembre se conmemora el D\u00eda Mundial del Coraz\u00f3n.
